Okay, friends, we need to talk about one of Palia’s most *frustrating* achievements – and we’re hearing from players who are at their absolute wit’s end trying to complete it! The catching star versions of all bugs achievement is apparently pushing dedicated players to consider throwing in the towel entirely. We feel you, community!
According to reports from the trenches, certain bugs like the duskwing butterfly and spotted mantis seem to spawn incredibly rarely – we’re talking potentially just once per in-game day. Imagine the dedication (and the heartbreak!) of burning through jar after jar, smoke bomb after smoke bomb, and lure after lure, only to come up empty-handed day after day. That’s enough to test anyone’s patience!
This is definitely one of those achievements that separates the casual players from the completionists among us. If you’re working on this particular challenge, know that you’re not alone in feeling the struggle – and maybe this is the nudge we need to bring visibility to whether some of these spawn rates might need a little developer attention!
